We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following refund and return policy.

  1. Return Period
    You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests after this period will not be processed.
  2. Item Condition
    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and labels. The item must be unused to be eligible for return.
  3. Refund Process
    Please contact our customer service team via email before returning the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please send an email to [email protected].

Once approved, please return the item along with the original receipt and RMA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  1. Processing Time
    Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the refund requirements, we will process your refund request within 5-7 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to request a refund and then reorder the desired item.
